I've been receiving calls and males from several readers who are iPhone users as well, complaining about their inability to use Bluetooth connectivity in their new iPhone 7. 3. Reset iPhone network settings: This is normally the last resort when the first and second methods didn't work. To reset your iPhone network settings,
- Open the Settings app and go to General.
- Tap on Reset.
- Choose on Reset Network Settings.
- Enter your iPhone pass-code and confirm you want to reset by tapping OK.
